This includes advising on and facilitating equity offerings, debt issuances, private placements, and other financing options. We also providecapital markets transactions including IPOs in coordination with financial advisors.

Our services include negotiation, planning and drafting of every type of debt and equity financing as well as mezzanine financing agreements. We represent our clients before banks and financial institutions on loan agreements and other corporate financing agreements to arrange documentation, negotiate terms and conduct other necessary steps.

We also work together with our clients' financial advisors on risk management, capital and asset structure, valuation, corporate financial records and independent audit reports.
