The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Has Updated its Fee Schedule

The fee schedule of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has been updated through the Communique Regarding the Fee Schedule to be Applied by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office Throughout 2024. The final fees are determined by adding the Value Added Tax amount and the service fee of the Office (if applicable) to the published fee schedule.

The application fee for the administrative cancellation procedure, which recently came into force, has been set at TRY 19,560.00 (approximately USD 600.00).
