Sultan leads the Intellectual Property litigation and prosecution practices at Cavusoglu.

Sultan is a dedicated Intellectual Property lawyer, handling a wide range of legal matters regarding trademarks, patents, industrial designs and other intellectual and industrial property rights including litigation, prosecution and commercialization services.

She has significant expertise managing trademark and industrial design portfolios for her clients operating in various industries including medical devices, fashion and textile, consumer goods, military and defence, industrial chemicals and more.

Sultan is a registered Turkish Trademark Attorney, qualified to represent his clients in all trademark and design registration, opposition, renewal and other prosecution proceedings before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the Association of Turkish Patent and Trademark Attorneys. Sultan also co-authored the book titled "Preparation Book for the Turkish Trademark Attorney Qualification Exam".

She obtained her LL.B. from Ankara University, Faculty of Law. She is admitted to the Istanbul Bar.
